How do I get started?

Step one is to contact me so we can set up an initial brief phone call or text consultation , (818)-292-7281 (call or text). Our phone call/text exchange is the best way for me to learn about what is going on with your health and ensure that Lymphatic Therapy is a good fit for you.

About your first session

Our first session is 90 minutes: 50 minutes of hands-on Therapy and 40 minutes of intake, integration, and education for supportive care at home.

The hands-on therapy is highly relaxing. I use a special instrument called the Lymphstar Pro to release trapped proteins and congestion within the lymphatic system. I then use slow, subtle, gentle hand movements to help guide the waste products and toxins to safely flow out through normal channels. The use of the Lymphstar machine allows me to accomplish in one hour what would take 4-5 hours manually.

“Brenda’s level of care and professionalism is exceptional. Not only was she consistently there for me to provide weekly lymphatic treatments while I struggled to heal from Biotoxin Illness, but her level of empathy and understanding provided a wonderful sanctuary. Her techniques remain true to classic and effective lymphatic drainage methods, and her bedside manner is calm, nurturing, loving, and supportive. Brenda’s passion for her work is evident in how she treats, educates, and guides her clients in their journey to better health.”
